HouseCraft LLC provides residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and iron work services across the greater Boston area, including kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement remodeling, home additions, new construction, and custom iron work. All services are subject to a formal written agreement between HouseCraft LLC and the client prior to any work commencing.
3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by HouseCraft LLC are based on the project scope discussed at the time of assessment and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are subject to revision if site conditions, material costs, or project scope change after the initial assessment.
4. Project Scope and Changes
Any changes to an agreed project scope must be submitted in writing and approved by HouseCraft LLC before additional work proceeds. Scope changes may affect the project timeline and total cost, which will be communicated to the client in a written change order before work continues.
5. Payments and Deposits
A deposit may be required to initiate work on your project, with full payment terms outlined in your written service agreement. HouseCraft LLC reserves the right to pause or discontinue work on any project where agreed payment terms are not met.
6. Workmanship Warranty
HouseCraft LLC warrants all workmanship for a period of one year from the date of project completion, covering defects directly attributable to our work. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are separate from this guarantee and are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer.
7. Licensing and Liability
HouseCraft LLC is fully state licensed and carries comprehensive liability and workers compensation insurance on all workers and employees for your complete protection. To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, HouseCraft LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from unforeseen site conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the HouseCraft LLC website — including photography, project imagery, written content, and branding — is the exclusive property of HouseCraft LLC and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of any content from this website will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.
9. Changes to Terms
